Very rude... I went to pick up my package that I have the tracking number for and I have a photo of my id and pictures of my order and order confirmation number and they still would not let me pick up my package I've NEVER had this problem before so why am I having it now!?

Harassment by delivery personell. Wont deliver oversized items to my gate like every other delivery company.
