Staff is very professional and friendly we have built a personal relationship with management staff along with house keeping staff personnel. My wife and I are here because our home was damaged by fire and they have made our stay here very comfortable during our time here even with what we are going through at this time. I personally would recommend this Hampton Inn to others.Nearby activities: This hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, Walmart and convenience stores along with short driving distance to nearby employment offices.

Nice clean rooms. Lower end tv sadly. Rooms feel like cheaper motels. Definitely one of the better places you can stay in the area.

Do yourself a favor and read all the reviews! I stopped here on a work trip. I booked and checked into a room on the app prior to arriving. When I got there, they told me the room I checked into wasn’t available due to bathroom repairs. I waited for the nice, younger guy working to try and find me a room. He called the manager, Richard, multiple times with no answer. Evidently, he went to McDonalds. After 15 minutes or so, Richard walked in and asked the worker what he needed. He explained that he didn’t know what room to put me in. The manager checked me into a room and away I went to the second floor. I used the key, the door opened just a little and there stood a man. I was so embarrassed. I went back downstairs and told them I was not sharing a room with a stranger. After waiting another 10 minutes, the manager handed me a key to another room. I asked him if he made sure it was not already occupied and he assured me it wasn’t. He also told me that I would be receiving an additional 10,000 points for all my troubles. That hasn’t happened. I actually felt sorry for the young man working that night. Other than that, at least the room was clean!

Night staff was nice and responsive. Day staff was crass. Lady manning the desk during the day was going to charge me for another day after I was a few minutes late checking out before management told her not to. Room never got cleaned my entire 3 day stay. Staff was friendlier in the past then they were this time. I felt unwelcomed. Parking is limited. Breakfast was good. Liked the location.

READ REVIEWS!!Do me a favor and filter all the 1 star reviews and read through it.Agree with everyone.The staff is clueless. Will never book at this location again.Surprise a Hilton hotel is run buy such pathetic staff.

The customer service is horrible! I was treated like I was an annoyance rather then a valued guest from the front desk clerk. He was in such a hurry to get me away from the front desk because I was clearly cutting into his down time and he did not like that. I spent $600 for a two night stay and expected stellar services from the Hampton. He rushes to give me my room key and in doing so he gave me the key to the wrong room. There I am (8 month pregnant woman with my 7/yo daughter) standing in front of a huge man who was staying in what was supposed to be my room. I apologize to the man and go back to the clerk to tell him the issue and his response was "ohh, I gave you the wrong key" and proceeds to give me the right room key. No apology or anything was told to me. I was put in a very dangerous situation and I will never spend my money here again!!!!! $600 basically down the drain for choosing this hotel.

The place offers good service, attention, the rooms are in good condition, it has a dining room, pool, laundry, gym and basic services?Rooms: The rooms are cool, have a refrigerator, air conditioning, desk, bathroom, television, and outward view?Nearby activities: In front of the building is a water company near, apparently, there are clothing stores, vaps shop, 5d, and Walmart minutes among other services?

Richard the manager is a disgrace. What a horrible person! Smh, I’ve never seen a GM act the way he does ever in my life! Horrible representation of this brand !

If you stay here please make sure you don’t have to deal with RICHARD THE GM. He is so rude and condescending and definitely should NOT BE MANAGING ANYONE’S hotel. He does not know how to deal with customers and has ZERO customer service skills. My question to the owners would be, Do you know who you’ve hired to represent your hotel? This guy Richard is going to be the destruction of this place. Definitely consider bringing someone else in quick! Richard has zero clue on how to treat humans and I feel like animals get treated better than how he treats people. 0 out of 5 stars and shame on you Richard for being such a mean person!!!

Staff is SUPER friendly and the dinner and breakfast they cook is AMAZING!!!!! The rooms are always clean so I'm going to give them a 10/10 in my book.

We have stayed at many hotels in this area Karnes City/Kenedy. This is by far the cleanest, friendliest staff and pet friendly!!! This will be our preference from now on! Gentleman working night shift was extremely helpful! First class!!
