“The staff at my local AT&T store are all awesome. The manager there, Joann, is amazing and always ready to help. Most managers are never seen but she is always available to her customers and her staff. There are times when she's not there but all they had to do was call her and she was always easy to reach and help out. If I could give her an award I would and wish all stores had one like her.”

I thought my phone was toast but he spent 15 minutes reconfiguring my phones settings and it works perfectly now. This guy is very knowledgeable and professional.”
