“Before we chose 1-800-Pack-Rat we looked at all of the reviews. Quite frankly we had our concerns. The challenge of course is that virtually all the movers have negative reviews. Notwithstanding the read reviews we chose to go with 1-800-Pack-Rat. We will break down the basics of our experience... The quote they initially gave was a bit more than PODS but they were able to provide the container for our out of state move more quickly; and they also matched the price of PODS. Since we were not in an immediate rush to have the container delivered, we asked about the delivery timeline to the new home location and crossed our fingers. In the end, we had nothing to be concerned about. The container was delivered on the date they provided us and during the early part of the 4 hour window scheduled for drop off. We were working indoors while the truck arrived with the container and briefly talked with the driver. He was pleasant and spent more time than we expected in dropping the container on site. He was a PROFESSIONAL! We were also VERY pleased to find virtually no movement of what we packed whatsoever inside the container. Our experience was fantastic from initial contact to final drop off and certainly recommend 1-800-Pack-Rat.”
