“The level of care for their customers is unheard of anymore. I had 2 flats happen to me and they went above and beyond. I'm so grateful for them and their time. Good people there at Big M Tire shop.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about the people at Beasley’s Tire in Kenedy. I am not from the area and had to make an unexpected stop there after discovering my battery had completely died. I had my little kids in the car with me, we still had over an hour and a half left to reach our destination, and I was honestly on the verge of tears worrying about how we were going to manage it with very little money. Rocky stepped in and was incredibly kind and helpful, changing out my battery and getting us back on the road. While the car was being worked on, the sweet lady in the office went above and beyond by bringing out crayons, coloring pages, and blocks for my daughters to play with so they could stay busy. That simple act of kindness meant so much in a stressful moment. This is what true customer service looks like—genuine, compassionate people who go above and beyond to help someone in need. They treated us with such care and kindness, and I will always be grateful for that. If you’re anywhere near Kenedy and need tire or car help, I highly recommend Beasley’s Tire. Truly wonderful people and top-notch service. Thank you again for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience! ❤”
