Absolutely horrible customer service. Standing in line, the manager answers a call when I get to the front of the line. Ok, no problem. He then makes me wait, rather than putting the person on the phone who IS NOT IN THE STORE NOW TO SPEND MONEY on hold, blue begins to help them. Ok, O’reillys it is. Guess y’all don’t need my business.

So today I stopped in to get replacement Plastic rivet fasteners for the back of my 3rd row seat in my suv and Austin I believe his name was, he was very kind and helpful. He took the time to come out and help me put them on and made sure it was the right size. He didn’t have to do that but he did and I will definitely go back there again. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and helping me out. Even if it was something so small! I definitely recommend this shop!!!

I'm always wanting to be fair and try to give people second and even third chances so I thought I would give this place another chance. I order brakes online the night before and in the morning I check to see if the order was fulfilled and it said in process. I checked five hours later and it still said in process. So I cancelled the order and place the order on AutoZone and within 30 minutes the order was ready.If you are going to allow people to order online then you should fulfill their orders when they order. Otherwise why even bother having an online option if you're not going to fulfill online orders.Just another example of poor management and poor customer service from the store.

This place is becoming a place that I will put at the end of the line for my auto parts stop.And this last time I received the wrong part from them.making me make two trips.
