The employees working July 5th around 1:30pm (they know who they are) was talking/walking around acting like they were looking and fixing stuff but actually just watching me. So obvious! Convenient how one would come down the aisle I'm on or be at the end of the aisle.

It's awesome with fresh produce and anything else you are looking for! It's like 3x as big as the original store!
Great customer service experience this morning with Sam, we had a few laughs 😃
They also have bathrooms!!

Trisha is the backbone of this store, I think if she weren’t there the place would fall apart. She deals with huge lines of customers all alone and does it with a smile a great attitude, all while 12 hours into her shift. Get her some help, and start paying your employees better so people will actually want to work there.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHICS WAS HORRIBLE. MANAGER HAD BAD ATTITUDE, HAD TO HELP EDUCATE HER ON KNOWLEDGE OF SYSTEM SHE SHOULD HAVE KNOW ABOUT WHEN A CUSTOMER, ASK/STATES FOR SOME ASSISTANT. MANAGER BECOMES UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN CLARITY IS PROVIDED. MANAGER DIDNT EVEN HAVE COMMON SENSE TO APOLOGIZE.

I was in the area and I decided to stop in here to get some cash back. Unfortunately, there's a small fee for that. As, I walked up, I saw a few bins that were not in good condition with picked over items.It gave the appearance of Garage Sale or someone's unkept closet. Lol. I noticed the store had an assortment of products, a large clearance section and one very nice employee. It looked, like he was all by himself. While there's a lot of merch it was a little unkept and the floors were worn. I walked away with some cheap Allergy meds for $1.00 and a Divided Lid Snack Box for 1.00. They had a few colors but, the name of the item was misleading. I thought, it would section off my food but, it does not. There's two sections where you can lift the lid. Oh well, I've been using it store my homemade Protein Rice Crispy Treats. Well, If your in Kennedale, you can check out this location. I'm sure you will find something you need.

Was trying to pay but the reader messed up as it didn't allow me to put in my pin. The person ringing us out assumed that the card declined and took back two random items and rung it out again instead of trying to do it again. So only left with only a few things I went their for.

Horrible Manager and disgusting store. Manager is rude to staff. (I know because I worked there) and she runs it horribly. I work at the Sycamore School RD location and I love it. I'm actually getting hours and the Manager over here is a lot better. Do not go to the kennedale location

Horrible customer service, hired a new manager who doesn’t care about customers so be careful. She will call the police real quick on you for being upset about not honoring prices or policy. I will go to the Mansfield location from now on!

I really like this store,everything is organized. I had no problem finding what I needed. Customer service was good, the staff was very nice. The store was very clean and will shop at this store again.We shopped at this store two days this week and I like the location of the store.
