Based on the reviews, Golf Driving Range of Texas is an inexpensive, no-frills place to practice. It has a practice green for chipping, though it is kind of bumpy for putting. The owner is cordial and not very talkative. The range offers a great value, with $10 getting a large bucket of 100 balls. The natural grass hitting surface is in great shape. It is a great place to go hit a bag of balls, and the shop has some really nice clubs for sale. The facility has plenty of room and is not over crowded, making it the best range around.

Inexpensive and it's a driving range. Has a practice green for chipping, it's kind of bumpy for putting. Owner is cordial, not very talkative but will converse if you have something worth his time. Senior large bag of balls, about 70, for $9.

Love this place! No frills, just put your head down, swing and practice. $10 large bucket. Natural grass hitting surface and in great shape.
