I went in a little bit ago looking for a good deal, and a gentleman named Baba got me the perfect deal that fits my budget. I definitely recommend this metro pcs location. I was the only customer there at that time, and It feels good when you get all of the attention from the associate .

The person working here is rude and hateful. I showed 5 minutes before 7pm and the door was locked and he refused to even hear what I needed help with. He shooed me away like a fly! I would not be upset but for the simple fact that the hours listed here and POSTED ON THE DOOR, say that they close at 8pm.
I went to the store on Little and it actually was open, as posted; plus the technician was more than happy to take my money and help me! I seriously hope this store goes out of business!

I was asked to update this review after I was given a new phone today at this location. The new phone is having the same issues the old phone was having and I cannot use it to do my job once again..I will be happy to put a 5-star review down as soon as Frank takes care of this.I have been with Metro over 15 years...A month ago I bought a new 5G Motorola phone a month ago that hasn't worked since I got it.... When I come in to ask about it the girl Namuna is very dismissive about it.I want a phone that works for being loyal customer... But I can't even get decent service.... The owner was a great guy when they opened this location and now I can't even get decent customer service.
