I was asked to update this review after I was given a new phone today at this location. The new phone is having the same issues the old phone was having and I cannot use it to do my job once again..I will be happy to put a 5-star review down as soon as Frank takes care of this.I have been with Metro over 15 years...A month ago I bought a new 5G Motorola phone a month ago that hasn't worked since I got it.... When I come in to ask about it the girl Namuna is very dismissive about it.I want a phone that works for being loyal customer... But I can't even get decent service.... The owner was a great guy when they opened this location and now I can't even get decent customer service.

Normally this Metro PCS would get 10 stars from me but today if I could they would get none. Why is the store shut down so early? I thought they stayed open til 8pm on Saturdays.

Best place to go for discounts on phones. Got a branded car charger for 12$ works really great. Friendly staff....
