“Came to this location after another store was rude and unhelpful. The gentleman I found out later was the manager was phenomenal. My uncle has PTSD and doesn't do well in public but this guy was patient with him and made sure he understood all his options and had everything he needed before we left. Prices are fair, with good options for used and new phones, plus other electronics and accessories. You can call ahead and they’ll give you prices based on your phone carrier, which is really convenient. I definitely recommend them,

“We moved to Burleson May of 2023. Every time I’ve had cause to visit this location, we’ve been helped by Chris and I can’t rave enough about how knowledgeable, kind, & helpful he’s been. Sometimes having phone issues can be frustrating but with Chris’ help there’s no stress to be had. He makes you feel like there’s nothing he can’t handle or help you to take care of taking away any frustration you may have had before arriving in his care. Someone needs to make this guy a manager or even regional director of some kind because if everyone treated customers like he does there wouldn’t be any customers complaining about service!! Thanks Chris for always being so spunky and having such a warm greeting smile!! He’s the only person I want To work with coming to this location because I know Every time I have To go in, I’m getting the most professional service TMobile has to offer!!
