The staff requires training. Plenty.
My mother and I were sent away because the young man at the counter was unable to scan a barcode for a completed customs form.
We decided to try the Arlington USPS. Amazingly, they were able to scan a barcode and prepare our package for delivery without issue.
Come on... ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Over 3 years of worsening problems. We cannot get delivery, on rainy days our mail is left sticking out of the box, outgoing mail isn’t taken, and the latest is not delivering a pair of glasses because they were too large, only no notice was left, though the seller was informed. Passive aggressive. Frustrating. Poor service at best, malevolent service obvious. No recourse-they are federal. Good luck, you will need it here.

Waited for about 10 minutes in what seemed like a ghost town as I were the only one there, ringing the bell knocking around and talking loudly and no one came. After three other customers came in with me still making a lot of noise. Finally someone came to help! There was at least two people in the back there as we heard a conversation being had while no one was up at the front! Would give a zero star review if possible!!!Please for your benefit go to a different postal office!!!

SCAM ARTIST!!!! Ordered four packages from Amazon. One came to me from an Amazon driver with no issues. The other three were sent through usps and since they put their hands on them they want to charge me $100 for each even though I paid for shipping already. Holding Amazon packages for ransom!!! Wouldn’t surprise me if they are just lazy and don’t won’t to deliver my packages or selling people’s stuff when they refuse to pay. HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS!!!!!

I have a small business that involves mailing goods to buyers. This post office consistently gets packages out faster than any other post office in Arlington, Mansfield or Hurst. I will always use them for my business mailings!

EXTREMELY rude, doesn’t want to do his job.Need to fire the man that was working there May 29th at 1:50pm. Wasnt busy at ALL and was also rude to a lady saying her package wasnt there over and over didn’t even go check.

Terrible experience with this USPS.KENNEDALE Received absolutely no help or recommendation about what to do for my missing Checks and mails . I am very frustrated and disappointed in this service. If I could I would put -5 stars.

When I first started using the Kennedale post office, I would have given a ZERO star review. They were always rude and downright mean to customers. Now, they are a bit better but very apathetic. What bothers me now, in December 2023, is the fact that they *still* have plastic hanging from the ceiling, separating me from the employee. I struggle to hear and understand the employee behind that plastic sheet, especially when the employee is wearing a MASK. I rarely come to this location anymore because of the communication difficulties.
