The carrier delivered my package to the wrong address and the residence she delivered it to denied receiving it. The carrier also lives in the same neighborhood and personally knows the people where my package was wrongly delivered to. You would think the carrier knew the names, house numbers, and be familiar since she lives in the same neighborhood. The post office supervisor, Delores, was also not very helpful. I had to call back twice to get any information even though I was told I would receive a call back. The whole situation seems fishy to me. I will not be shipping anything to this address anymore.

What ever you do DO NOT file a complaint with the PostMaster Deloris Wright. She escalates the situation that you bring to her attention and becomes very hostile to customers who are trying to get their situation resolved. She feels that Poster 7 (Rules Governing Conduct in the Post Office) do not apply. She will take her personal cell phone and record people and their interactions.
