The person who claims to be the store manager named ROBERT, a very lazy guy, did not want to help me fill up the propane, saying that the valves were bad, but a day before a very nice woman helped me in the same place and everything went well, this man was simply incompetent for not wanting to do his job and making an excuse not to do it, maybe he should have been more direct and told me I do not want to help you because of your racial profile.

Prices are always wrong!!! You never get the discounts or price marked unless you pay attention. When you show them the posted prices or sale stickers they act like you are stealing. The manager refuses to mark things to the posted price unless you involve corporate.Every time we go in there I check the price of the item I’m buying and take pictures of all sale items. These people are so rude if you ask to be charged the correct price!!Check your receipts and watch every item that they ring up. They over charge like crazy!!!

Trailer rental is a joke here, so is the associate named Robert. We called the night before hand , (finished the transaction) and we were told the trailer would be there in the morning . We showed up and we asked Robert about where to pick up the trailer and he looked at us like we were complete idiots. He let us know it was gone without any other information explaining the situation. He was quite disrespectful and unprofessional.

This place needs to stop closing at 8:50 every day, there are multiple of us outside disappointed to have driven here knowing it’s SUPPOSED to close at 9 , and daily they lock the doors at 850 and pretend they don’t know that we are outside needing tools

Worst customer service I have ever encountered at a store today, 9/11/2022. Such rudeness is not necessary to customers paying good money, maybe some refreshers in customer service is needed.

Use to go to Monahans Tractor Supply to shop.When they open the 1st day the store in Kermit start shopping here, today was the last day shopping.Store run by cubans employees now, store should be called Cuban Supply, that's the reason they keep looking for people to be hired, bad attitude that no one helps the customers, closing hours are 9pm, they are not letting no one go in the store at 8:45pm.

Excellent staff! Raul (Flaco) helped me tremendously. I was needing to convert my 1/2" drive to a drill. There wasn't a part for it but Raul spent a lot of time with me to come up with something that worked perfectly! Shannon was great as well!
