“My DC07 Animal stopped working. I pulled it apart and couldn't find any motors available. Travis at Powell Vac helped me cross reference the part number and even gave me some other things to check in case it wasn't the motor. It was the motor. They were super helpful for everything being over the phone since I'm in MN. They were able to ship me a new motor to hopefully (haven't received it yet) get my Dyson sucking again!ETA: New OEM motor came carefully packaged within a couple days. 20 minutes to install and it works again!”
