VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! scammers. They never tell you anything until the month you get your bill. Then they say that oh well you should have listened or it was there or we said it but really they never did. If u have to use att DONT DONT DONT go to this store. Nothing but problems

They took good care of me. And promptly. The employee was courteous & was able to help me with the situation I came in for. Thank you very much for your service.
We went again on March 29, 2024. To AT&A to make separate accounts. & IZIAH D. did an excellent job with us.
He gave us the discount we had & had not used. He fixed the data we use so that it does not end early. Super friendly & very professional in his work. And he settled our accounts separately. He knows very well what he does. So I recommend him as an excellent employee.

Numerous visits only to find out that the first rep had given me wrong information. They wouldn't accept an official paper driver's license in order to just get a free sim card! They said the paper license could be fake. It's legal to drive with it not not good enough for AT&T to give a customer a sim card!!!!

I literally just left the store. I’m extremely disappointed and have left the store not wanting to go get a new phone despite wanting to going in. I walked in around 4:50PM tonight wanting to trade in my current iPhone for a newer one; with that being said the first thing to happen as I walked in was I was the only customer in there and there were two employees. One promptly left upon seeing me and my toddler walk in. The other one barely spoke loud enough for me to realize he was asking me questions. I mentioned what I wanted and he said “okay. So do you want to sit there or come over here to me?” He never once got up from his seat and I felt awkward not going over in the first place. Next, as he was looking at my phone the other employees (there were several) all came out and stared at my daughter and I like we were in a zoo and they were shocked I brought my toddler inside with me. After that I stated I wanted to upgrade and the employee stated “well if you don’t pay it off it’s our property and we close at 6 so if I don’t finish you can’t have a phone.” I said “oh” and he repeated “at 6 we are closed. That’s it. No staying after and the phone is ours if you don’t pay it off”. I simply said I would come back tomorrow and left. If I come back tomorrow I will be sure to NOT GET THE GUY WHO “HELPED” ME TONIGHT.

Unfortunately the customer service rep. was not qualified to wait on people and almost cost me 800.00 by telling me I needed to purchase a new phone because mine was fried. He did not know what he was talking about. I simply reset my phone and corrected the problem. A simple reset was all I needed certainly not a new 800.00 phone. Terrible unqualified customer service. Beware and be careful at the ATT store in Kerrville Texas. They tried to take advantage of an old person.

This is a very nice hill country style At&t store, conveniently located right off of Junction Highway.We went in to get a phone for my son, and Isaiah saw me walk in and was quick to get up and welcome me and started assisting me right away. I was in and out in about 30 mins with a new phone. Isaiah was quick, polite, respectful, and efficient.Thank you very much for your help ,Isaiah.
