The staff was professional in helping me resolve the copay coupon issues related to the difficulties of the security breach. They're pushed to the limit with all the multitasking, but they remain very professional.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They can't fill medications and do not even bother to reach out and let you know. We were prescribed with medication on Monday, CVS could not fill it and did not bother to call and let us know. When I did get to calling, they told me \\\"You will have to find another pharmacy that can fill it, call until you find one and we will send the prescription over\\\" Fine, found a pharmacy that had the medicine in stock, asked them to get the prescription from CVS, they were told \\\"we will send it in a few mins\\\" well a few mins turned into hours, I called the new pharmacy and they still had not received anything, had to call CVS again, was on hold for at least 15 mins and was told the pharmacist would send it right over. I should not have to call several times to get medication filled. On top of it is now Thursday, and medication was supposed to start on Monday. It is beyond ridiculous, I can understand being short staffed but at what point do we stop using that excuse for our lack of motivation to do the job we are paid to do?

Three days ago I picked up my prescriptions at the drive thru. When I got home I opened the bags and found one bottle had about 20 pills in it and no label on the bottle.Today I went into the pharmacy all told them what happened. They did not believe me and would not replace the pills I didn't get. I am getting ready to take a month long trip to Europe. I need these pills. They refilled my prescriptions and CHARGED me again. As an MD I would never go to CVS. They are careless and dangerous in handling medicines. Ronald McIntire MD

Ever since yall brought on the new employee Laura the pharmacy has been so much easier to get my prescriptions filled and I feel so much more informed about what I'm taking. She's been amazing and I hope yall hold on to her for a long time! She's the reason I'm staying with cvs!

Pharmacy techs (Dominic today) are always professional, helpful, and friendly. Stock is almost always there as soon as I need it. Clean store, well stocked.

We are used to having tons of drug stores and grocery stores with pharmacies but that is not the circumstances here... This CVS has what you need and it's right on 16 between HEB and Walmart.

Went to this store today to get my 87 year old mother a covid 19 booster. The only reason we chose CVS was because they had a sign on the door stating that the vaccine was available, and walk ins welcome. My mother who has a heart condition and has some trouble walking was told you have to go on line and make an appointment. make an I explained to the young man that it impossible since my mother does to have internet at her house, I also said they had a sign out side which said walk in welcome, I also showed them a picture of the sign. They replied with a very uncaring attitude that the corporate headquarters made them put up the sign, they were short of vaccines and I had to make an appointment on line. I returned to my car called their corporate headquarters, and told them the story, I also asked if they were really short of vaccine , they replied no they had plenty. The customer service rep said she would relay my complaint to the higher ups, and transferred me to a representative who helped us get an appointment that day. How many other 87 year old widows are out there that haven't gotten the vaccination because of attitudes like this. Shame on CVS Pharmacy. They only positive thing I would say about my experience at CVS is the young lady that gave my mother the shot was about about the friendliest person alive, can't see why she stays there.

Terrible system for drive thru Covid testing. Came early for my 4:30 Friday appointment, waited in line with others over 45 minutes, only to be told the Dr had already left at 5:00 and nobody could sign off on my test! Was told the Saturday Dr wouldn’t sign off on a test he didn’t order!

Nearby road construction made getting in and out difficult, but a nice CVS otherwise.

I'm sure this pharmacy is very busy, but this is how they deal with it: they do NOT answer the phone! You must go into the store to refill prescriptions if you have questions or cannot do it online.

Don't go here, the line was halfway to the front door. You don't dare have a question of the pharmacist unless you brought a tent to camp out while waiting. No drive thru. Needs new management pronto.

The drive thru window being open is always an iffy. Going inside had at least 12 deep at Rx counter with at least another 7 waiting on flu shots. CVS employee administering flu shots tended to patients out in the open in chairs lined up shoulder to shoulder. People had to lean away from their neighboring patient to allow room for the patient to be poked. The CVS employee wore the same pair of gloves to tend to each patient until I said something about how inappropriate that was....ewwwww

Waiting in line at CVS. Eagerly waiting for my many coupons made from trees of which we need on this planet. It is important to get their texts to find out when my prescriptions are ready. But I am inundated with texts letting me know when my prescriptions will need new ones, or that one is ready I didn't ask for or do I want one that I'm not even getting low on. I've even gotten calls about the same. They are definitely pushing pills. I am not in my nineties. And can manage this sort of thing on my own. The long lines are very frustrating. It is a good thing they quit selling cigarettes. But if this company wasn't part of my insurance I might be tempted to go elsewhere.
