FedEx website and the main customer service line says you can get shipping label and express shipping services here. But, the rude attendant says it’s a drop off only location. No labels, no express shipping service. I think it boils down to lazy employees.

No supplies. If you don't walk in with something complete and ready to hand to them, they can't help you.

Delivered my package at the incorrect address and having to jump through hoops and not allowed to speak to a human being! I called as soon as I received the notification it was delivered but had know way to contact the driver to get my package. It looks like I paid for something I am not going to get!
