I live in Fredericksburg and several times a week the same driver seems to think it’s okay to trespass on my property and use my front horseshoe shaped driveway to drive thru because he’s too lazy to turn into the business across the street he just delivered to to turn around. I’ve confronted him and he keeps doing it. Calling customer service is not a help. Same driver each time.

Went to drop off two boxes. Was told ground already picked up for the day. Me thinking OK Not a problem they will go out tomorrow. I was informed I couldn’t leave the boxes because they didn’t have any room for them and I would need to come back tomorrow to drop them off.
Completely ridiculous. Didn’t make any sense as to why I couldn’t leave them considering they were both the size of shoeboxes so instead of leaving them today overnight I’ll return in the morning at 9 AM and hopefully I would assume they would have room for them at that time.

My overnight delivery was three days late. Leaving my package stranded at a hotel. The manager offered no help to retrieve the package and no refund of the charge. Just told me the package was delivered and closed the claim. Do not trust anything of importance to them.

Tracking information stated that item would be delivered between 10 am and 2 pm. The general delivery information states FedEx has until 8:30 pm to deliver the package. A FedEx guy showed up but dropped off other packages, not the one for this the order in question, and it's the package I need the most. Why can't one FedEx person deliver all the packages at once? It's not a big package, it's a actually a small one. What a screwed up game these people play. I need this package to start my phone service!

I've had the worst experience with FedEx deliveries. I would never recommend them for shipment, nor will I ever ship something through them. I've had several failed delivery attempts that don't even need a signature. Then today I get "sorry we missed you, need to be present for delivery”. I was home, did the driver even knock? My vehicle was parked out front. Do FedEx drivers even try to locate/alert the residents with a direct signature required. At least honk your horn when you arrive or just before you leave. I might not have heard the knock, but I was on the lookout. Driver must have knocked once if at all and split. Don't even get me started with their horrible "scheduled" delivery dates and overseas customer service when you finally get past the virtual assistant.

Delivery people are too lazy to put packages in delivery box at our gate, they leave the boxes on top of the box, or don’t latch the box and the lid blows open, either way I get rained on packages. I wish everyone shipped UPS, packages are placed in the delivery box and the top is latched.

I was expecting a delivery today and saw the driver making a delivery next door. I asked her if it was mine and she said what’s the name , I told her and she said no she didn’t have anything. I went to my neighbor later and sure enough my package was sitting outside his RV. Drivers need to be educated on how to read labels and look up deliveries.I generally never have a problem with fed ex but this lady driver must not be able to read labels.

Aggravating!! I avoid using FedEx if possible because the UPS Store is all around better at everything!! However I had no choice as the return label I was emailed and instructed to print on my own it happens to be a FedEx label. I used my lunch break just now and drove all the way across town to be told “oh no we can’t print here but you can go somewhere else then bring it back to us” are you kidding me?? Very inconvenient for customers. Why can’t they be like UPS Store? I can walk in grab their email address and send anything and everything I want printed right to that email and once it prints they let me choose what pages I want and they only charge me for those pages. Then they are happy to attach the label and ensure the package is closed and sealed!! Forgive my rant, but I feel this review needed to be given. I doubt it will make a bit of difference but I feel better LOL. Now back to work, and I’ll tackle the FedEx label at another time.
