“I don’t know why I didn’t find this place sooner! My mom lives and Kerrville and my daughter and I have always made many visits and have many memories and continue making more every year. Kerrville is our second home to us and we love our visits. Barb’s Flower Barn really went above and beyond for us today. We had ordered my mom’s mother day hydrangea plant from another business and it was supposed to be delivered to her by Saturday, the day before Mother’s Day. On Saturday, I received an email stating it would be delayed and delivered on Tuesday, which is today May 12th and was not eligible to cancel. Then, this morning, I receive a text saying the order had been cancelled due to no delivery drivers available, was their excuse. I found Barb’s Flower Barn online and saw their great reviews, pictures and I loved that they were family owned. I called and spoke to Barbara and told her the situation. Low and behold they had one hydrangea plant left and she told me, don’t worry, we will make sure your mom gets this delivered to her today. Not only was she so kind, understanding and a blessing, but the plant was more beautiful than the photos posted of the plant on their website and the ribbon added was just so thoughtful. We are extremely grateful and appreciative of Barb’s Flower Barn. I will never order arrangements, or plants to be delivered to my mom from anywhere else but here! Thank you Barbara for being absolutely amazing and saving the day!”
