My name is Jose Hernandez and I am the new manager for the NEW GNC Location and would love to come on here and express that though I can’t speak for the previous management before me but that when the location switch happened, we went through an overhaul of our entire staff! These past reviewed do NOT reflect our new business practices or how our current customers feel since our opening! Would love for anybody in the Kerrville community or surrounding areas to come on in and hopefully me and my staff can deliver to you the highest quality of customer service while helping take steps into achieving your fitness and nutritional goals :))

People who work in these stores are always trying to get you to buy the product that corporate tells them to push that month despite what your individual needs are, but the two people working today straight up lied to my friend and I about multiple products trying to get us to purchase them. When I called one out for this he gave me an incredibly embarrassed look then went to another customer. The lady working there lied to me about Ingredients twice and proceeded to follow us around the store despite us telling her we didn’t need help multiple times. Ended up getting what we needed but no thanks to the employees. The store has some good products but don’t listen to the employees when it comes to making a purchase. Do your own research, go in, and get out.

I went in to buy 3 items today. The man behind the counter was VERY pushy and was trying to force me to buy the GNC PRO subscription without telling me he was adding $60 on to my purchase.. I told him about 5 times I didn’t want to sign up and then I finally told him to please just give me the three items I came in for so I could leave. He then said everything would be full price, which is what I intended to pay in the first place!! Will be ordering online from now on.

I'm very disappointed in this store this past week I have gone by three times and are closed every time there is a sign on window that says be right back there was a Korean women who does eye brows right across and said they gave not been open the past three days ridiculous. This is in the Kerrville TX area.

Very disappointed! Went to this location BEFORE the store was supposed to closed and of course the store was already closed!! Why post hrs if your not going to honor those hours?!! Online it says the store closes at 8 so I get there at 645. When I arrive there is a hand written sign on the door saying the store closes at 7!!!.... Great I have 15 minutes to get my stuff and leave.... WRONG the store closed 15 minutes earlier that what the posted sign and online says. As I'm about to leave a employee comes to the door and says they have closed the register so I cant buy anything ? ohh and did I mention I'm coming from Fredericksburg!! RIDICULOUS!!

Very thin manager told a very muscular customer that he was using the wrong product and did so with an attitude. My thought is that just because you're the manager doesn't mean that you know everything, and if the customer is a total beefcake and knows what product works for him, maybe don't question him. Make your sale and move on. Nothing worse than dealing with someone who clearly hates their job and takes it out on the customer. Will not be doing business at this location.

I've been going to this store for years. The gentleman behind the counter today was very rude and unprofessional will be ordering from another source from now on. Save your mood and money shop elsewhere.

Have nothing but good things to say about this GNC location. Always greeted with a smile and the manager that is there now (June 19, 2019) is very knowledgeable on all the different products.
