They're good but good gravy the drive through is slow! Today, for example, I was 4th car in line.... 33 minutes and counting. Maybe it's the customers. Dunno.

Pharmacy is great as long as you don't use the drive through. We've used it twice thinking it would be quicker, but unfortunately there are some people that apparently don't call in their prescription first. We waited 20 minutes behind one car today. Couldn't back up and leave because there were cars behind us. Pharmacy could have told that car to come back in 20 or 30 minutes and served several more customers in that time.

Wow, whoever came up with the idea of this H‑E‑B pharmacy drive thru was paid too much! I’ve been here several times to pick up for my daughter. The drive thru wait is a minimum of 30 minutes. There is ONE lane and NO WAY to get out of the line. What the heck? Why didn’t they put the True TX BBQ on this end and the pharmacy on the other end where there could be two lanes at least!?! Epic failure for H‑E‑B

Never stocked on anything and and always have to bag your own groceries. We should get discounts for having to do their job for them, that's what we are already paying high prices for. Very inconvenient in every aspect.

Prescriptions are not ready 95% of the time even when I've called ahead to check before wasting a 20 minute trip there and back. There can be no excuse for an Organization like H‑E‑B to be so slip shod and inefficient. C'mon H‑E‑B get it together. What an embarrassment this pharmacy's lack of customer service and near zero efficiency are!

Fast friendly service! What's a good place to stop for fast friendly service on prescriptions the staff has been friendly and extremely helpful anytime we needed any kind of medications or filled including notification services for when your medication or prescription is filled you receive notifications let me know

Most of the time these people are really great. Only one employee forgets it is her job to serve the public and obviously doesn't like doing so. She has an affectation in her voice and is unfailingly rude - every time without exception thus far. She is the entire reason for 4 stars rather than 5. That young woman is seemingly convinced of her privileged state, and each time I see her at the window, I grit my teeth and wait for the insulting tone of voice and the short, rude carelessness that surrounds her. All the rest of the pharmacy techs are people of good integrity and professionalism.

I have almost finished switching my prescriptions over to Walgreens. HEB Pharmancy does not meet my needs. It should be automated like Walgreens. Using the phone to check on things is very old fashioned. The system in the store, online, drive through are not user friendly. I will continue to shop for groceries at HEB but I will be switching my prescription business.

Ran into the pharmacy on my lunch hour to fill my prescription. I waited for 45 minutes in line, there is only one person working the counter. Finally it is my turn, she tells me I have no insurance on file....that's odd, it was on file last month. Oh she says, we get rid of them in January because everyone's insurance changes???? What??? Another 45 minutes pass while the pharmacist "redoes your prescription". The pills were ready to pick up, what has to be redone?? Finally, I get the meds and the pharmacist wants to tell me how to take them......I told the counter person....that was okay, I have been taking them awhile, open bottle take pill, repeat each day. Just go to CVS or Walgreens. I love HEB but their pharmacy is the worst in town.
