After moving to Kerrville last year, I shopped around a bit for the perfect place to get my nails done. Happy Nails ended up being that place. My nails are beautiful after every visit and I always get tons of compliments. And they last for weeks! The owners are so kind and professional and the place is very clean.

Absolutely flawless service! The owners are kind, efficient people who provide every customer with love. My acrylic nails last up to a month each time I go and every time they are meticulously done. My mother has been going to this establishment for at least 18 years and they have never done her wrong. I recommend this place to anyone that comes by- you will get beautiful nails and ever more beautiful service.

I have been coming for a year now. Tiffany and Charles run a great business. I never wait when I have an appointment and Charles does a great pedicure, as does Anna. Tiffany has encouraged me to change my dip color from time to time and I’m always glad she has me try new things!

This was my third visit there and the second time Tiffany was rude and visibly irritated. She will not be afraid to show it with her facial expressions! I will not be going back there. There were three employees (like the posts below) and the last time I was there the older gentleman fixed my nail and he was polite until I moved once and he impatiently said something irritated…. Their impatience is not the most professional. The younger man did my toes and he did phenomenal so I tipped him well…. But Tiffany charged me $15 extra for 10 min extra massage but MADE SURE TO SCOWL when I asked for extra massage time… like I was asking for a major inconvenience… she made me very uncomfortable and then didn’t co firm the price up front and made up the price at the very end. The entire visit was uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. The first visit she was rude when she did my nails and she made a face the first time which I’ll never forget, too. I hope she finds a way to release whatever resentment she holds because it’s a shame that the emotions bleed into the business. That is all.

I am very happy with my experience at Happy Nails & Spa. There were three people working the day of my appointment. (I highly recommend making an appointment.) All three provided service for my pedicure and manicure. I did not mind that at all. All were professional. They were focused on expediting my service quickly but not rushed. I will return to this very clean and relaxing place.

Impressive nail salon , very nice owners and it’s very clean , has a calming friendly vibe .Ana , is great , she is very kind, very thorough and she can make my powder dip nails and feet look Great. She can give a great neck message to end the service if there’s time .

10/10 would recommend! Tiffany and company are awesome! I've tried a lot of other nail techs in town and I have been the most consistently happy @ Happys. They are always extremely kind and patient with my mother. The whole team is a pleasure to work with and they are quick to address any concerns. I visited Charles today to take my elderly mom in to get her toes done, podiatrist said they’d have to be done with extreme caution. Charles took the time to explain things to me and put us at ease. Their salon is clean and welcoming! We’ll definitely be back! My mom loves it!Services: Pedicure
