Kiosk attendant raised the bar but didn't lower the barrier (which I could not see - below sight line), he told me to turn right and precede to the right. He then turned back into the kiosk, so I preceded forward hitting the barrier and creasing the bumper. So aggravating. I have used Hertz for 6 years. Never again.
