The owner is kind, attentive, and helpful. He has sought us out while we are on property, rather than us having to look for him. This is not the flashiest storage facility in the Kerrville area, but it was exactly what we needed, when we needed it, at an excellent price. The property is not paved, so that may be a drawback for some, but it works fine for us.
