Knowledgeable, professional service at a fair price. I had some brake connectivity issues on a RV. At first the issue appeared to be fixed, but after a day, the same issue reoccured. I contacted service and was told to bring it back. They gave me priority service. The tech was finally able to locate the allusive issue which was an intermittent ground wire disconnect. They stood by their sevice. Very happy.Service: Electrical repair

Our service rep. Chris was very polite and friendly and he went out of his way to help us. We were waiting hours on the shoulder of a state highway for Good Sam to get a tow truck dispatched. We were told conflicting information by Good Sam when we called multiple times to follow up. After advising Chris of our delay in towing the rv to his repair shop, he helped us by checking with the tow company and confirming that they were waiting on Good Sam to approve towing our rv. That call gave us the information to push Good Sam to complete our claim for towing. Chris kept us informed of the estimated repair cost. Chris over delivered, returning our rv back to us before the promised date. And, our rv is up and running well again. We highly recommend this company.

Terrible experience with this place. Our motorhome broke down and was towed to this business for repair. It was determined a heater hose had broken and they spliced the repair area with a valve rather than replace the hose. They noted on the repair order the tech inspected the other hoses for similar concerns and none were found. We paid for the repair the next day and returned to our trip. We only got about 100 up the road and we had another heater hose break not far from the one they spliced. It was 6:30 on a Friday night and we were stuck in a small town off a rural road. We were able to limp into a small campground for the night and were fortunate enough to find a mobile repair service that was able to visit us the next morning and replace both heater hoses that should have been replaced the first time. I was furious that a business could be this incompetent and filed a dispute with the credit card company for the labor charge. They refused to honor my dispute and said they provided a quality service and were not responsible for the second hose breaking. My advice is stay away from this business as you are taking your chances with any repairs they perform. Buyer Beware!!!!!

I have brought my motorhome to this shop two years in a row for annual service and would not go anywhere else. I check-in with David 2-3 days before our appointment and we review what needs to be completed during the service. David always takes the time to listen to my concerns and review the list thoroughly. He is knowledgeable about the chassis and the house. He gives us a realistic time estimate for the work and understands that we live in our rig and does his best to get it out in one day. He also ensures it stays plugged-in to keep our food from spoiling. After the service he gives a complete review of work performed. We trust this shop to act in our interests and to get the service done right (this includes annual generator and AquaHot service). The costs are equivalent with taking it to a Freightliner shop, but the customer service is way better here than at the San Antonio Freightliner. And it's one stop to get the AquaHot done. This will continue to be out go-to shop for annual work,

Lemeilleur’s RV Truck & Equipment Repair in the Beginning they were a good company, but after former owner retire and sold the business it went downhill very fast, a simple job was to install a new Thermostat They said the work was complete, when I arrived onsite nothing had been done, so they pulled back into the shop, Five minutes later they bring out , I attempted to turn the A/C on with no success, I went back inside told the manager it didn't work he basically show me the door . I had to take it to Seguin to Stahmann's Sales to get it done right, I good idea is to stay away from this businessService: Electrical repair

I took my car to Lemeilleur's for service. They found a couple problems and was able to correct them. It took a little longer than it should. And they were very nice and apologetic about it. This is a very good business and I feel comfortable taking my car to them for care.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

We cannot thank the Lemeillur team enough! 6 hours into our drive from South Padre Island to Oregon we noticed a new vibration on our wave runner trailer. "The Diesel Dr." was the shop to come to our rescue the day before the 4th of July holiday. A willing spirit, friendly service, and creative problem solving fixed our disintegrated wheel bearing and got us back on the road the same day. A bit of divine intervention perhaps for it all to work! Professional, caring service that we are beyond grateful for. Bring your ailing rigs here! A potential desperate situation, gave us new friends and a wonderful experience.

I was very pleased with the service for my oil change and inspection.....very polite people!! I learned a lot about my motor home as well as others!! Just a reminder.....my new little rug had greasy foot prints on it from the workers.... The rug could have been moved or plastic could have been put down???. Hot water & soap will take care of it I'm sure! ??

Our motorhome developed a coolant leak while traveling on I-10 north of Boerne, TX. I called Lemeilleur's to see if they could work on it and they said they could. I had a tow service drop the coach at their facility Thursday evening so they could work on it Friday. They found a heater hose that had worn an area from being bundled with other hoses that ruptured and caused the coolant leak. They spliced a shut off valve (not sure why) in the place where the hose had ruptured. The invoice noted that the "Tech had unloomed and inspected for any other issues but none were found". The charge to splice in a valve and inspect the other hoses was over $800 of which $480 was labor. Not sure of the labor rate but one could figure it was 3 hours at $160/Hour to cut out a section of hose and place a shut off valve and tighten with 2 hose clamps. Seemed a little steep but we were wanting to get back on the road so I paid it and off we went. We got about 100 miles up the road to Eden, TX and I noticed the engine temperature rising and saw what appeared to be fluid coming from the back of the coach. I pulled over and guess what I found, coolant leaking like before it was fixed! It was a Friday night and if you have ever been through Eden, TX it not a big town but we managed to find a small campground a couple blocks back that we limped into for the night. The next day I was able to find a mobile mechanic from Miles, TX that was willing to come and fix our new coolant leak. It appears that and area on the same hose about 12 inches from area Lemeilleur's had sliced in the valve had ruptured from the same reason of the hose rubbing. The mobile mechanic could not believe that Lemeilleur's had spliced in the valve rather than replacing both heater hoses (which he did) as there were a couple others areas that could have ruptured if he had just spliced the second ruptured area. It was really frustrating to have paid $800 for a repair that didn't last more than 100 miles and resulted in yet another $800 repair that consisted mainly of travel costs to out location. The mobile mechanic was able to replace both heater hoses in less than 2 hours. Lesson learned, but will not be visiting Lemeilleur's for any future repairs and just wanted others to know our story.

When the air conditioning in my vehicle went out, I called the Dealer and was told they couldn’t even look at my vehicle for three weeks. So, I remembered hearing positive feedback from LeMeilleur’s customers and decided to give them a try. To my amazement David Clarke told me to “bring it in” as soon as I could. Not only was my vehicle repaired quickly (only delays were due to manufacturer delivery of parts), BUT I can’t say enough about David Clarke who explained exactly what was going on and how he and his team were going to fix it. I thought Customer Service was a thing of the past, but not there at LeMeilleur’s!!! And the shop is impeccable!!! I’ll be back, most definitely.Service: Air conditioning
