Drop off was easy, pick up - not so much. The office was closed and locked twice as I tried to pick up during posted business hours. Who has time for this silliness?Services: Special care fabric cleaning

We took some expensive lined draperies and pelmet materials to them for dry cleaning. Very helpful folks.We picked them up and were very pleased with their work. Prices were very fair for the quality of work.

dropped off 3 shirts and 1 pant took a week to get done and when picking up none of my shirts had starch when I had requested medium starch. very disappointing will be looking for a different dry cleaner.

I dropped a coat off on a Tuesday. I was given a ticket and told it would be ready after 5pm that day. I returned around 5 pm on Thursday to find they couldn't locate my coat. They finally did locate it at the main branch but had not cleaned it because the lady that does this service never showed up . I needed the coat for a trip I was taking and my question to them was why didn't they call me when they knew it wasn't going to be ready at the promised time why didn't they call me so I could have taken it elsewhere. They just kept repeating "we don't know" . This is a sad, sad way to operate a business.

Stopped by 10 minutes before they closed. Sorry...I do work late and you weren’t closed yet. You would have thought I had insulted the girl working there. Yes, I know this isn’t your dream job and you’d rather be getting ready to go hang out with friends on a Friday night...but your business that you work at doesn’t close til 6. It’s 5:50. So how about not taking your anger out on me and my clothes with your inconvenienced looks and by throwing my clothes all over the floor multiple times....I get working late sucks but you need a lesson in customer service and plain courtesy in life. Like saying hello or even greeting a customer. Nice touches.

I take all of our dry cleaning here. They are fast and efficient. Never had a problem. If you drop your dry cleaning off first thing in the morning, it is often ready by the end of the day. Their drive through makes it easy to drop off and pick up as well.

Extremely rude/unfriendly staff! When you enter an establishment to spend money and you are treated like ‘why are you here bothering me?’ By a person with a frown on their face & rude demeanor makes me not want to spend money at said establishment. Pathetic. Management needs to address this. Will not be using this store again for dry cleaning needs.
