“This review is about processing wild game - excellent service, fast turnaround, perfect packaging for the traveling hunter. I dropped a blackbuck antelope off on Saturday at 3pm and picked it up on Monday at noon for my flight home. I didn’t do anything fancy, just steaks/cutlet/burger, but it was fair price for outstanding product. 100% recommend and will use again if I go back to TX.”
