They told us they would reserve an indoor unit. Told us to pay when we got there. I showed up asked about my reservation (after spending 10 hours of loading my uhaul) and was told “oh sorry I wasn’t here that week, my bad. The unit is already sold.” We were not told it was first come first serve. Like I spent 200$ on a uhaul. I asked for the manager and she said oh sorry. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Never Come Here! Instead Go to StorWise Self Storage. They treated me very well❤️

The facilities are very much secure they have passcodes and cameras is climate control I never really had a problem with them I will continue to recommend them
