Jose was extremely helpful over the phone setting up my forward unit. He explained the process very thoroughly and was able to apply an online promotion for me over the phone. I definitely would recommend giving them a call.

Easy online process to check for availability and secure a unit fast and easy. Good price compared to others locally. Great communication. Accessed the online chat and got answered by a real human. Gate code worked as expected first day. Jose followed up after to be sure all is good. Recommended!

The storage unit is great but the security is currently non existent. At present the gate remains permanently open, a large number of security lights do not work leaving the property in partial darkness and the break in rates seems to be on a dramatic rise. I have noticed that a large number of units are empty and have no padlocks on them which prompts me to believe there are a number of folks moving out of this facility. My review would be 5 star if this facility had an acceptable level of protection from break-ins, theft and non-authorized 'visitors'. A portion of our rent is for on site security of which the tenants are not receiving at this time.
