383$ for one night in impound and they locked the key fob in the car and charged 50$ to open car to get house key. BTW key fob and metal key are in two pieces. But you would think they would realize that the key is in two pieces.

Unprofessional to the point of being rude. My mother died due to the injury she sustained in that wreck. On top of that, they had the gall to send a letter demanding payment to my grieving dad when they should have been dealing with his insurance company. If I could rate them negative stars I would!

Jesse with Mr Wrecker was AMAZING. He called me right away after I requested a tow and was there very quickly. My first tow experience ( hopefully the last) but Rick did an excellent job. It was a Saturday night ( late) in the middle of nowhere in the not so safe area. He could of easily decline my request but that didn’t happen.He even took me to a hotel at 2am with his personal vehicle.If you happen to break down with your car or rig, I highly recommend to call MR wrecker!

Mr. Rick is a stand up guy! Really needed transportation and he turned me on to a reliable vehicle at auction.The company is professional and will be fair and try to work with you as long as you don't j*** them around.I've been more than satisfied, they really do go above and beyond.
