We went there first to look for a battery for my remote for my car. They did not have the right one but they referred us to NAPA and that is why I gave them a 4 star rating. Some businesses don't like to refer you to any one.

I have NEVER been so disrespected and treated like crap as I was tonight. Kenny and Eugene BOTH were extremely rude and disrespectful. I do not know alot about cars and Kenny talked to me like I was stupid until I finally turned around and walked out crying. He was worried about cleaning a trash can instead of helping when I first walked in and then when I was speaking to him his attitude and customer service was HORRIBLE. When I asked him why he was being so rude he told me he had to clean the place and close, it was 9. I said... you don't even close til 10, so your going to just be an rude. He the proceeded to "get eugene" who then told me they werent an auto repare store..... when i asked for corporates number.... HE TOLD ME TO GET IT OFF THE WINDOW OUT FRONT! I THEN WENT TO AUTOZONE, WHERE IT TOOK ONLY 5 min to find and complete my check out. CORPORATE HAS BEEN CALLED AND SO HAS DISTRICT AND STORE MANAGERS. COMPLETE DISRESPECT!!!!! I am a business owner and never would I have an employee that treats customers like that!!!!!!!!!!!

Just called the O'Reilly in Kerrville, Texas to get information on batteries for a rig. The lady that answered the line was helpful but when I asked if I could possibly get photos of the batteries they had available, which I knew might be too much to ask for, she said there were too many different types. Immediately after she said that, I heard a gentleman in the background ask the lady to get my number. The lady on the line said the store manager would be sending the photos of batteries they had in stock for a rig. This manager deserves a raise, he went above and beyond for the customer! Thank you to that gentleman, he really knows the meaning of great customer service! My husband won't be able to make the drive to that particular O'Reilly but I really felt the help by this gentleman's actions. Thank you to the O'Reilly store manager!!! His actions speak loud and clear, he is a top notch person!

The gentleman that helped me was awesome! I was having issues with my car starting after work. I went over to get my battery checked before I drove home. He was super helpful and didn't try to push a new battery on me and answered my questions.

Had an engine check light that came on, and they hook me up with their engine code reader and told me exactly what the issue was... free of charge. Thank you!

My 17 year old daughter stopped in at this location today because she had a light on her dash and wanted to see if they could help her figure out what it was. A man named Bart was extremely rude and not helpful. She couldn't remember how to open her hood so instead of trying to help her, he just walked back inside and never came back out. Luckily, a Good Samaritan was standing near and witnessed the interaction and offered to help her. He got the hood open and ran his own diagnostic tool on her vehicle and told her what the issue was. I am thankful for the Good Samaritan and disappointed that the employee of O'Reillys was not only less than helpful, but also rude to my daughter when she was trying to be responsible and ask for help.
