Dear Penske: customers. I am so sorry to share this with your guys. I just recently rented a moving truck with Penske and they totally double charged me. They told me I was being charged with daily rental fee and $99 for mileage. When I first sign the contract nobody told me about mileage fee. If they would’ve told me I will never agree to it. It doesn’t make any sense because if I drove down the wrong road and turn around and the mileage go over the estimate mileage, then I have to pay more. I was supposed to be charged around $300 they end up changing me $700. They also never did gave me my $100 deposit back. I requested a dolly for moving and when we pick up the truck the dolly wasn’t there and I called to have it refund that refund never show either. They gave us a trunk that is under very bad conditions. It was scratch all over and really really loud. I called representative she was very very rude and her attitude was just unbelievable. She told me that I deserve to pay extra because I agree to the contract when there was no one even told me there is Hidden fee that’s ganna cost me more than I first initial agreed to. I said to the representative that was on the phone for Penske, I said that they can’t charge me without clarify why I being charged. She told me “ oh, yes we can” and she told me I try to drive the truck and not want to pay. She was accused me of not want to pay while they have my credit card information on file they can just charge whatever amount that they want. It’s a ripoff. They are cheating people’s hard working money!!!!Never never again Penske!!!!!! Thanks for Home Depot. They are not part of Penske but I appreciate they trying to help me and their understanding. What they do is wrong. Promise to change $300 and when you return the truck on time they charge you $700.

You would think that Penske would be concerned with the health of the community and disinfect the trucks!!! NO they are not concerned, the truck is filthy!!! Steering wheel and all around drivers area had clearly not been wiped down! Very disappointed when we are in the middle of a pandemic!!

I Didnt have time to leave a proper review the other day. To start off with, I had a great experience with Penske truck rental service at the Kerville location (home depot on Sidney Baker). Janie and Laurie(?) were so helpful and went out of their way to get me taken care of. Janie was being trained on the process and when it didn't go her way due to a computer issue, she did the pro move of asking laurie(?) to switch customers so that counter service wasn't slowed down. Alex (again with the names) came with her to show me the vehicle and get the paper worked out. they both helped me attach the car carier to the truck.

Used Penske twice within the last year to get in to my new apartment. Costs are reasonable. Truck was clean, and ran well.
