I met with Member Advocate Monica who was truly great at her job. She was able to assist me with my needs. Very professional & answered all of my questions. Her Branch Manager Nicole came over to introduced herself & made me feel so welcomed! Great experience with everyone the moment I stepped into the Kerrville Branch. Definitely ask for Monica! I have always favored Credit Unions. I have been with RBFCU for 8 yrs now and have absolutely no regrets. I have been treated with professional respect and my account has always been extremely accurate and secure. A great Credit Union.

After reading over some reviews, I find it necesary to say the following: RBFCU is, BY FAR, the ABSOLUTE BEST credit union (or bank, whatever you call it) that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and it appears that the people leaving 1 star reviews are not intelligent enough to simply listen to instructions, or read a full page. Please DO NOT base your opinion of this place on the reviews of the 'less than average IQ' sapiens. Randolph Brooks has ALWAYS and will forever be here, by the people, for the people.Every time I call in, I talk to a representative at the Kerrville Branch, and EVERY TIME I call, they are always very respectable and well-mannered and my issue is always solved in a matter of moments! BEST... BANK... EVER!!!

Do NOT recommend financing a vehicle through RBFCU. If you pay off your auto loan early and purchased GAP from them they keep all the money you paid for your GAP and they do not explain this when you opt in for GAP- all they tell you is if you decide you don’t want it then you only have 90 days to cancel, not they will keep all your money. Will never finance another vehicle through them!

I have been banking here (The Kerrville branch) for over 10+ years now. One time I was going to leave because 3 years ago in the Kerrville branch one of the staff did not want to do their job. All I got was, “You can do this and that online.” I was disappointed. However, I wanted to give them another chance before I moved my accounts to another FCU. I am more than delighted to report I have been taken well care of by wonderful staff. They even help my wife over the phone. The online banking is user friendly. They send my 1099-INT in time. Highly recommend them.

Went to deposit my pay check and was told they did not have enough personnel to staff the teller line. Since they cannot not afford to maintain a full staff I will be closing my accounts as soon as I come off mission and can clear out my deposit box.

Local employees are terrific. Down side is you can not call in to the local branch, your call goes in to some call center probably in San Antonio. You'll spend a lot of time on hold. The RBFCU mastercard is a mess, very unreliable.

Kept asking where my place of worship was and I didn’t tell them, then I find out I don’t qualify for a membership there. They didn’t tell me why I didn’t qualify but they were sure curious where I went to church.
