John was our salesman/information. He was excellent at his job and kept us informed every step of the way.Kelley was our installer and trainer, he was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. He has been at his job for a very long time and it shows in his training for my wife and I. Smooth and professional transition from start to finish. The RVI Shadow looks like it was made for our truck and the installation was impeccable. Thanks to everyone involved in making this purchase actually enjoyable !!Frank Williams 1/30/2024

An AWESOME experience!! These folks really know what they are doing and treat you like royalty! Todd and team went above and beyond prior to, during and after our purchase! We have never had this level of professionalism, courtesy and downright honesty in the 30+ years of rv’ing. An absolute please to do business with!

This is my second time visiting Ronnie Bock’s RV and I must say this is the second time I left wanting to pay them money! I purchased a 2023 Mercedes Sprinter Revel from MT. Not only did Ronnie Bock’s RV take the time to not just service my sprinter, but took the time to thoroughly go over and explain the correct way of how to work all the systems. This was a great thing since the dealership that sold it to me told me wrong information.I know things go wrong with new vehicles and they have recalls. The friendly and expert service from Ronnie Bock is not only the best I’ve encountered, the only regret I have is that I didn’t purchase my sprinter from here! They treat me as if I did and that kind of customer service goes a long way for me. When I’m ready to upgrade, I’ll be coming back here!

We wanted to meet them sometime because we heard so many good things. We had a stabilizer issue that needed attention , so instead of using the one 5 miles from us, we chose to go see them. They were so friendly, fast, and efficient . Made us feel like we were very important. We will always go back to them! ( great camping in the Hill country on the way)

We have a 2 month old 2024 24v Winnebago View bought from another dealer. We'd heard good reports on Facebook about Ronnie Bocks Kerrville RV. We're from upstate Texas traveling through the hill country, had an inoperable stabilizer issue. Spur of the moment drop in to troubleshoot. The service staff quickly found the problem and repaired. Staff was very welcoming and we received a lot of good information about our unit and pulling our jeep. Wish we lived closer

I have been in my new Class A Winnebago Vista NPF for about a week now, and I couldn't be happier. My experience with Gary, Todd, Keith and the entire Bock team was first class and then some. I am 53 years old, so I still have fond memories of what "old fashioned trusted family customer service" used to be like. I don't find that much anymore and I miss it. I got that "friend of the family" feeling all the way through on both the consignment sale of my Winnebago Revel and the trade purchase of my new Vista. I am, admittedly, a pain in the butt buyer. I take a long time to buy, ask a lot of questions and push for as much as I can. They didn't care at all, and were actually happy to stay patient, field my inquiries and make sure I got the perfect vehicle for me. I can't list all of the service points that brought about this review but I will reference three. First, Gary was willing to hang in there with me for a more than year long buying process and never once gave up on the process or my goals. He did a bunch of research too to make sure we got the best financing possible. Second, I had questions about the mountain climbing power of the Vista. Instead of throwing sales mumbo jumbo at me, Todd took the inquiry VERY seriously. He actually called one of his past buyers of the same rig and spent a good chunk of time asking questions so that I would have real world feedback about the power of the Vista. The feedback was spot on and proved to be a key factor in my decision to pick this RV. After climbing the Vista, the feedback was 100% spot on. Lastly, my walkthrough with Keith was super-informative and made me realize they'd be there for me for anything or any questions I would have. Before I drove off, Keith brought me his card, pointed to his cell number and said "I am really happy for you and we will be here for whatever you need. I don't care if you have a question after hours. You call me at that number. And thanks for being a customer." If service and trust are important to you, DO NOT buy from a big national franchise dealer. I made that mistake once before and it was a mess. I don't care where you are in the county, do your deal with this team and then make your first road trip the drive from Kerrville to wherever you/re going. It will be worth it.

My Winnebago Revel needed some warranty work so I contacted - via their webform - 2 of my local Winnebago dealers and Ronnie Bock, about 130miles away. Ronnie Bock called me back almost immediately, the other 2 dealers never responded. We set the appointment for 3 weeks out. When I arrived and walked in to the service department, I was greeted by name, they knew who I was and why I came in, despite the fact this was my first visit. they had all my paperwork ready and allowed me to speak with the technician doing the repair so we could go over a few custom things my Revel has.I brought my bicycle and rode down to the local river park (Kerrville is a very nice town) but didn't get to see much of it because the awning repair only took about 90 minutes. perfect job. I really like the personal touch Ronnie Bock offers. it is a family-run business and it really shows, in the best way possible. Still, they have a huge workshop and and are not a mom&pop shop in that respect. This might sound strange but I consider my RV part of the family and I don't want an anonymous service department mess with it. I really think Ronnie Bock values my RV as much as I do. I will not hesitate to come back here, despite the 2.5hrs drive, if my RV ever needs some service.

Ronnie Bocks Kernville RV brought a professional experience to purchasing our RV to a new level satisfaction. Odell was an excellent salesperson with great product knowledge and follow through in making a purchase. My interaction with management was pleasuable and precise. Keith was superb in communicating ever detail of the operation of our RV. My experience with parts department to service technicians was professional and personable. I rate the purchase and experience with high regards and integrity.

I recently purchased a used Class C motorhome from Kerrville RV. Wanting to have it inspected, I reached out to a mechanic friend in the area. I simply asked him for recommendations on who I should have inspect it. He did not know where I was buying from. My friend was emphatic the best place to do any RV business was Kerrville RV. He has been doing business with them for many years and trusts no one as much. I told him I was buying the unit from Kerrville RV and he said "then if you have any problems they will be something neither I nor anyone else could have predicted."Best recommendation I could have asked for.It has only been a couple months but everything is great with the unit.Everyone there bent over backwards to ensure the experience was as pleasant as possible. Now I can't say enough good things about them.

I liked stopping in and seeing the class b's and the Ekko when in stock. Every time we've gone, the staff were friendly and allowed us to look around with no chaperone. Today, we were allowed the same, but as we were looking at one RV one last time before leaving when the older gentleman came up and asked us how we were doing. Thought, nice, he's just checking up on us like they've done in the past. Told him we were doing fine and just looking the rv over again before we left. He then told us not to push any buttons in the units. I said we only turned the battery on to turn the lights on (it was overcast today) and would turn it off before we left. He said to turn them off now and then walked away. I'm not sure what we did to upset him, but I turned the house battery off and we left, very puzzled. It's one of those situations for me where I really don't want to return. I know it was just one person one time, but still. I keep this at 4 stars since the rest of my visits have been very pleasant. Just a bad ending to a good day.

We have been looking for the elusive Ekko and luckily happened on a pending delivery at at Ronnie Bock. This is our 5th RV and the latest in a line of Winnebago products. By far this was our best experience working with a dealer and a sales person (Gary Odell) We negotiated a price the day before Winnebago raised their prices for the 2023 models and even though it hadn’t been delivered and we hadn’t yet paid for the RV they honored our negotiated price. Communication was excellent throughout the purchase process and one slight miss communication/ concern of ours was handled in our favor without question by Todd the GM. He also purchased an after market part for us prior to the sale to have it available and installed upon pick up. While we didn’t ask for it, he made it part of the deal.We shipped boxes to the dealership, flew in for the pick up and we will begin our drive home tomorrow over our children’s spring break. They had a car waiting for us at the airport and set up a night at a wonderful campground near the dealership. (Buckhorn Lake Resort).Realizing that we didn’t have a surge protector John, the parts manager found one in town and brought it to us while we packed our belongings in the RV. Who does that?Keith did our walkthrough and made sure we understood everything about the new rig. He was friendly like everyone on staff, knowledgeable, and took all the time we needed. My wife and girls especially loved him and his thoughtfulness. One of the guys, sorry I don’t know his name, shared his knife with us to open our boxes without having to ask as he noticed my wife struggling to open a box.Keri did our paperwork. It was fast, smooth and without any issues or attempted up selling or games. This is a family business with wonderful employees who care about the entire process not just the sale.Every past purchase left us with something or someone who made the experience less than 5 stars, not here. When we are looking for our next RV we will do all we can to work with Ronnie Bock’s Kerrville RV again! Thank you all for making our purchase and the beginning of our spring break so positive.

Tried ordering a part from their Parts office because I like to shop local. Paid in advance with the estimated delivery Wednesday. No parts but a call saying Thursday and they would call me. No parts, no call but I was in town and stopped by. All attitude, no service and my visit ended when they told me they would not order parts for me and basically, dont come back. Went on Amazon and the part will be here Monday.Customer service is a foreign concept at Ronnie Bock's and I will not even consider them when I shop for a new RV.
