Absolutely rude customer service by a manager working at 8:30pm on 4/3/24Ordered online, and one of our shakes came out tasting disgusting. The manager was rude and arrogant. He brought back a small to replace our LARGE shake and then asked for the original shake back as if it wasn’t already going in the trash?My boyfriend sat there in shock as the manager blew us off completely and went back inside.Disgusting treatment of customers and I will not be returning and will be putting the info on several Kerrville pages.This place should be shut down!!

Waited 40-45 for order. Had to call to check on it. Food arrived cold and under cooked.

Showed up during lunch and was told after waiting over 5 minutes that they were only doing drive thru. So 25 minutes later I was still in line. This is the worst and slowest service I've ever had.

After waiting several minutes for someone to take my order, a guy stated they are not taking orders and you have to go, thru drive, I wasn't 100% sure that's what he said so I tried to verify, and he said do you not speak English very rudely. I can't believe the attitude this person. It was extremely unprofessional at best. I was there for breakfast and it started my day off completely wrong I am very disappointed. This happened at 10:30 on March 3rd

Took forever for someone to take my order, she sounded rude and dismissive. I couldn't even finish giving my order because she couldn't hear me even though I was practically yelling at this point. Gave up after repeating the same thing 4 to 5 times. Will not go back, I'll take my business to the one in fredericksburg where I never have this kind of terrible service.

Went to Sonic and it was a bit of a letdown. Most of the drive-in stalls were out of service, and it took ages for anyone to take my order. When they finally did, it came out wrong. Plus, the guy taking my order sounded like he totally didn't want to be there. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful:( Not the best experience, honestly.

Anytime you go past 10:30 they are automatically “out of ice cream” meaning they closed the Machines early and refuse to serve you for what you payed for on the app. This is the 4th time it has happened to me at this same exact location. It’s honestly completely ridiculous.

They questioned me about my coupon, and they took a bit to severe my food which was cold,and lettuce was old and the meat tasted like it's been sitting over its time . I wasted 9 bucks !!!! Then the cashier asked I wanted my change back I'm glad I didn't give her a 20 ,or a 100 .

The bun on the top was almost frozen, o asked for a burger with mustard, and pickles, and I got a burger with everything. The service was terrible. The fries where burnt, and it took more than 20 minutes for the food to come

Server, Hailey, was EXTREMELY RUDE. SAID SHE HAS NO PROBLEM WITH GIVING CUSTOMERS ATTITUDE!!!! Not a way to get tips. Manager tried to over charge me for my order. Apparently speakers don't work well as you have to repeat your order multiple times & then they get upset with you when they have to walk outside & ask for your order. Not a customer's problem. Manager stated the issue with the speakers has been reported but they refuse to fix them. Hailey got upset as I asked for a receipt.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Wait over 30 minutes for just a drink order. We placed it on the Sonic app. We ended up requesting a refund from the manager and leaving without our drinks.

Went and ordered on the app got drinks and told carhop that I had ordered another order if he could check on never returned and kept pushing button no one ever answered and there was not alot of people on the lot.
