The unfriendliest T-Mobile store I have ever been to. I have been with T-Mobile for over 20 years and couldn't be happier with them but this store makes me almost want to change carriers. I have never met such an unfriendly group of people, including the manager at this T-Mobile location, avoid at all costs not worth your time.

I came into this store with an issue that couldn't be solved online nor even on the phone. Chris was the first person who helped me and got me in the right direction. Then his shift ended, and then Santos helped me. The issue is completely resolved, and everything on my phone is set up and working perfectly!!

Useless incompetent staff. I’ve had to go to other T-Mobile stores to get anything done. The only time you actually get helped is if the district supervisor is there!!!

Santos and other members of the Kerrville team go well beyond the call of duty with regard to customer service. I required a replacement phone and feared the loss of my treasured photographs ( and my contacts ).... Santos retrieved both for me and graciously answered a number of questions. He is truly an asset to the team!

Always had goo service here until they tried to scam me today. Went in to do the iphone 15 upgrade (second in less than 2 weeks) and the employee tried to tell me that store policy is that you MUST buy an accessory in order to buy a phone which is both fraudulent and illegal. I have reported them to T-Mobile customer service and will be reporting them to the Texas Attorney General as well.After calling out the sales guy for lying, the manager, Harvey, doubled down and said I had to at least buy a phone charger since one didn't come with the phone. (the whole reason apple stopped adding them supposedly was to cut down on e-waste, forcing a purchase would be self-defeating) and then kicked me out of the store when I told him he was lying and got angry.Harvey, you're a liar and a thief and I'm going to report you and your store every place I can.

I just recently changed to T Mobile and I am regretting it already. I make a lot of international calls to my family in Germany and ALWAYS do these from home using WiFi and with AT&T there was never a problem and no extra charges. T Mobile charged me $160 extra for calls from home as they claimed I used their network (which I didn't as the WiFi logo was on my phone as always). I went to their Kerrville store and they told me they would reimburse me but later reneged on their promise with no explanation. They also told me to turn off wireless data roaming which I did and I am being charged again this month for international call charges. I still am not quite sure whether the Kerrville store is just incompetent or doesn't have a clue about customer service. I will NEVER complain about AT&T again...
