I came to stripes to make a purchase and this young man that was working gave me ugly looks as well as attitude when I simply asked him a question about a product so I left and will not be coming back to this gas station again. it was very weird and dirty!

Rude worker my friend and I both 18 went here to buy lottery tickets and he refused to give us them don't care about anyone very rude and bad customer service never come here

I visited this location on jul 23 11pm. I had purchased a 6 pack of corona and 10 dollars of gas. Emediately after exiting the door the bag was faulty and one handle fell off and the corona fell to the ground destroying the contents. I emediately went back in and explained what had happened. The lady inside claiming to be a manager, Emdiately said she would not replace the damaged goods as i had taken one step out of the door. When i reacted a little upset at her un empethetic response she threatened to call the police. I told her to do so and then she backed down . To cut to the chase she should not be a manager or dealing with the public as she is not able to handle a situation with professionalism and at least show empathy to a customer that had an issue clearly caused by the defective plastic bag she had provided. I will be speaking to the owner to discuss the situation and hope to seek better resolve given her pore ability to address the situation in a professional manner .

Purchased fuel at this location using pay at the pump and was charged twice! I was told I needed to travel all the way back to the store and present a hard copy of my bank statement. Reached out to corporate to find out if they would compensate me for my gas, and time to prove that THEY had made a mistake! The silence is deafening. Beware! This company will rip you off and theyI do not care.
