DO NOT rent a storage unit here! They will try to charge you for more money when it’s time to move out and then claim later on that you have an overdue balance with them! You have to give a 10 day notice before the 1st of the month to move out so I gave my notice in February, and still had to be charged for the month of March because my notice was not within 10 days. Okay, whatever. At the end of March, I get a notice that I’m about to be charged for the month of April too! So I call and the person on the other end is not who I talked to in February and he’s trying to tell me I didn’t give my 10 day notice. I finally can confirm with him that I won’t be charged for the month of April and that I’m completely moved out. Everything’s settled now, right? NO! Now I’m getting constant calls and voicemails claiming that I have an overdue balance with this storage unit. Whoever owns these units is a thief and a scammer.

Clean place. Good luck getting someone to answer a phone call or email...both units I rented it took them nearly a week to take the lock off. Wasn't offered a refund for the 5 days I couldn't use my unit. Just be aware how may not get it opened for a while and not get anyone to answer for days...otherwise nice units.

Stuff Safe Secure Storage has been awesome. We are from a different city and they have made it so easy for us to move to our new storage unit. They have even referred us to many local businesses to help us.

We were moving our parent's things from Michigan to Kerrville in a U-Haul and I reserved a 12 x 12 climate controlled space. Cindy Vaughn was very helpful. She helped me get the paperwork details done over the phone so that we could get started right away unloading. She met us and even loaned us a lock for overnight until we could pick up our own. The space was very clean and the service is great.
