If I could give True Master 10 stars I would. They really came through for us very quickly and with a great price when an out of town company dropped the ball. Matthew was full of great info and helped us pick our containers for purchase. They delivered both the very next day with true professionalism. They treated us like family. We have never been happier to keep our money local. Thanks Matthew for giving us top notch amazing service. Your kindness and lighthearted nature really put our worries at ease.

Seeing as how this was my first time renting a uhaul I was originally very worried. The moving process can be an extremely frustrating experience, and driving a 4 ton death machine hooked up to a 2 ton death machine isn't really my idea of a good time. That being said both gentlemen that I talked too at this facility were kind and incredibly helpful making sure that I was completely secure and helping to make the overall experience much less stressful.

This review is specifically for Kelly. He was extremely rude. There were several miscommunications between our pick up and drop off locations and times and everyone else we dealt with at uhaul was great. Kelly at True Master drop off for uhaul was condescending, aggressive on the phone, and when we let him know he was being this way he just said he didn't care and we could keep the trailer for 6 months for all he cared. He could have been helpful and friendly and we would have gotten a lot further.
