  I would recommend going to the one in Ingram, it's a little further but the service is much better. The tellers at this location are rarely ever nice and most times rude.

  Went into the Kerville, TX branch today to inquire about some savings options. The person I spoke with came across as though they could care less about whether I moved my money there or not. Came across as though I was wasting their time. Won't be putting my money there.
