I have to say it's very annoying to get texts saying that med's are ready only to find out when you get there that they are not.The store is always clean and ever now and then somebody goes above and beyond, but the complaints in all these other posts are legitimate. The wait times, especially inside for the pharmacy are ridiculous. Dale has been mentioned and needs some kind of training, pain med's (wild guess), or something. He is not happy and it shows.Also, Monika is a princess and should be treated better. :)

Dismal pharmacy service. Never have meds in stock. Takes forever to have prescription filled. Staff is constantly confused. Today they tried to fill the wrong prescription when I had given them the correct refill number. I have emails to prove it! This could be deadly for some patients! Do not use this pharmacy. Go to Fredericksburg Walgreens. Have never had a problem there.

I haven't been to Walgreens in forever. I forgot they have all kinds of stuff there. Whenever I go shopping I seem to always go to Walmart. I need to explore more of other businesses to see what they have to offer. Well today my daughter, Heather had to get a photo for her passport done and Walgreens was the place to go. She told me that they were open until midnight. I couldn't believe it. Something is open after Walmart closes at 11. I guess Walgreens will be the place to visit when we're bored after 11. LoL ?. Heather got her photo done within 10 minutes it was so quick that I didn't have time to look around much so I told her to chill because I was stuck looking at all the different items they had. Especially"EASTER CANDY", they have the best selection of various types of chocolates and gifts.I was limited on funds so I couldn't get what I really wanted. I am going to go back before Easter to enjoy snagging some Kool items. Plus Walgreens has the best Pharmacist and her name isCharline Webb; my sister. She has worked there for around 18-20 sum odd years. If u c this sis, love ya.

Russell, the Pharmacist chosen methodology of interaction with customers displays a shocking measure of unmitigated temerity. It's not generally customary to hang up on customers, not clarifying information, and then challenge them to do something about it. Russell lacks the skill and competence expected from a professional. His manner of customer service is neither effective nor efficient. BEWARE: should you choose this pharmacy anyway be prepared to deal with a Pharmacist who behaves like a 15 year old boy.*My husband and I both work in healthcare and would find ourselves unemployed with Russell's communication skills.

Worst customer service from Desi at the photo center. Never even acknowledged I was standing there right in front of her for about 5 min. Don’t waste your time and energy going to this Walgreens

Just want to say thank you to the woman who was kind enough to pay my 25 dollar item. She truly was kind. However I was treated very poorly by a older gentleman named Dale. He was in a wheelchair and had glasses. As I was paying my card was not working. While paying for my item my card was not working . Dale then yells YOUR NOT DOING IT RIGHT YOU NEED TO PUSH IT I tell him it does not have a chip and he says STOP WHAT YOUR DOING NOW. I then tell him I need to swipe it. He then says HOLD ON AND LISTEN. My card was working which was why the lady behind me paid. As the lady paid. Dale then says ARE YOU GONNA GRAB YOUR BAG OR WHAT OR STAND THERE. Not sure why that comment was made. As a person of color I felt very uncomfortable and saddened by this treatment. I was treated very poorly and hope this issue gets addressed. I received very poor customer service and will not want to be cashed out by him again.
