Cashier got an attitude because she had to bag my groceries apparently. When she was done bagging she said, “there you go”. I responded “oh, I guess I’ll do it myself then”, meaning putting the bags in my cart. She responded with” well I just bagged all your groceries for you”. I spent $178 there. I expect that kind of attitude at WalMart, but not H‑E‑B. Very disappointing customer service!

While I was waiting for my curbside order today, I saw a young man rounding up the carts, and an elderly gentleman started to leave while his back lift gate was still open. The HEB employee politely stopped the man and offered to close it for him. Great folks making our community a better place! Thank you!

Yes- HEB groceries usually don’t disappoint. However, I am SO TIRED of curbside NOT READING THEIR NOTES! First- it is ridiculous that HEB is still offering plastic bags, but second, why have a “notes” section for customers if you don’t read it! For those of us who are actually trying to help the planet by not using plastic bags, maybe you could be more diligent about checking our bag preference before you pack all 36 of my items into 36 different plastic bags! This does not just pertain to our local HEBs. We have experienced this at several across central Texas. Make a change, HEB.
