I bought a 2016 F150 was told one thing by I assume was the manager at the time but when I had a part go bad my claim was denied because of a service I was not told needed to be done. I bought my truck at around 96,000 miles and this service was due at 100,000 miles which if I had known it would of been done! Now I am being told my warranty is no longer good and void, even though the old service manager who they fired promised me it would get fixed and now the new guy is stringing me along! The only thing I was told was to keep my warranty I had to do my oil changes with them which is way more expensive, Now they are blaming me for not reading my service schedule that I knew nothing about. So basically I wish I had never purchased my truck from there and will never purchase another vehicle from there beware!

Fixed my problem in a reasonable time frame. Nice people. Worth the drive over from Longview.

Service here is seriously lacking in the past few years. Their wait time is over 2 hours on a simple oil change, which is $80 and tire rotation costs extra. Service employees are never consistent and are always different each time you go in. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR BETTER SERVICE!

My Mother is 81 years old. For over 60 years she and her husband have been Ford customers. In fact, she has insisted on using All Star Ford in Kilgore TX because over the past 5 years they have had excellent service. Well, that all changed this past week. She took her truck to them over 7 days ago to have the air conditioner fixed. She had paid them 1500 in October of 2019 to replace the air compressor and other items. Well All Star Ford called and tried to tell her she would need another one. When she told them she just had that done in 2019 and that she has not even driven 10000 miles in the past 2 years. The ladies response to my mom was "well sometimes that just happens". We called the service supervisor and he tells us that the tech that put in the compressor did something wrong in 2019 and that yes now they have decided that it will be covered and replaced at no cost. He told us the truck would be ready by Monday or Tuesday of this week. Well, it's Tuesday and we have not received any calls from them so I just called and spoke to the supervisor again and now he tells me it will be Friday. He says she needs a compressor and a seal. I asked him why they couldn't just go pick one up locally, instead of keeping her truck for 2 weeks. I don't know what has changed at this service department, but it is NOT ACCEPTABLE the way they are treating her, and I am sure others as well.
