Att quoted me a $830 trade in value for my phone. Said I can bring it in anytime within the next 30 days of my purchase. I bring it in and I was told the max they could do was $350 on trade in. The only excuse from the manager was “the guy who quoted you was new”. I’m sorry, but if you have people working in your store, trade them correctly before they quote you a price that has a $500 difference. This is unacceptable.

10/23/23 I came in and ordered new phones for the family. I ordered an iPhone15 Pro Max for my wife, purchased two iPhone 14 Pro for two of my kids, and ordered an iPhone 14 Pro to be delivered to my son that lives in Oklahoma. My wife's phone arrived within a couple of days. After a couple more days passed and the phone hadn't been delivered in Oklahoma, I looked on the account to see what the hold up was. I then noticed that instead of a 14 Pro, the rep in Kilgore rang up a second 15 Pro Max. It hadn't shipped yet, but it couldn't be canceled or changed because "it was processing."The errant phone arrives in OK. I ask my local store in Kilgore what we should do. They say his mother can take it in there and swap it. The local rep in Durant denies her and says that since she isn't on the account. She can do nothing, even with me standing in an ATT store with an ID and confirming the swap on the phone. So I ask whether the phone should be sent back to the warehouse or sent to me. I am instructed by Kilgore reps to have her send the phone back to the warehouse. It is now 11/6, and the phone is confirmed back at the warehouse. I call customer service, they confirm it, and tell me I can go into the store to do an exchange and order the right phone. I arrive back at the store only to be told that they cannot process an exchange without having the phone present - even though it is confirmed in the warehouse. This is SPECIFICALLY the scenario I asked about when getting advice on where to return. I SPECIFICALLY asked if it should be sent to me or to the warehouse, and was given instructions on how to send it back to the warehouse, and now I'm driving to the corporate store in Longview because Kilgore can't process the swap.I don't know how much more patient I can be in all this. It has been two weeks and countless miles driven trying to get this straight, and has become a strain on the relationship with my son's mother. From store to corporate and back, this has been a complete and total disaster.

Ashley helped me above and beyond today! She helped me iron out details on my and my husband’s account - we ended up getting new phones because of it.She also helped me take care of my parents’ account and new phones, since they had been having difficulties. And when she was the only person in store, she never seemed frazzled as crowds of customers began to flow through the doors.She greeted everyone with kindness and worked with a graceful sense of urgency without making us feel rushed.Hands down, I’ll go back to this store if I’m in town visiting when I need ATT specific help!!!Thanks again, Ashley!Lisa

Ashley was amazing. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. She helped us pick out new phones and transferred all the information from our old phones to our new ones. She was cheerful and accommodating. We are. Glad she is here in Kilgore.

Do NOT trust this store!!!! They sold me a “Free” device for full price…. They lied about a bogo deal and now I’m paying for a device I didn’t need. I only got the device because I was told it was “free”. You lost a customer. I’ll never do business at this store again.

Why doesn't AT&T HMhave signal boosters. We can't get but 1-2 bars for service. Might have to get new carrier that does. Thanks!
