Made a full purchase of a washer/dryer combo and 60 plus inch flatscreen together from this exact location. Paid it off approx March/April of 2023. Came in last week to purchase a dual reclining loveseat, paid my $72/$73, and was told it'd be delivered Fri/Sat. Get multiple calls my references won't answer, so they can confirm who I am. Remind you I am returning/confirmed customer looking to make a 3rd purchase. Needless to say, furniture never showed up, nor has my money I paid for the furniture. Keep in mind this location called me from THEIR customer list for more business. Instead, they lost my business for good

Absolutely terrible experience. You pay 3x what the sticker price is on the floor, and if you get behind for even one month they threaten to file criminal charges. Highly do not recommend. Ended up paying $1800 for a bed that was stickered at $600.
