I do not use CVS that often, they told me to come at 6:30 p.m. so I did I waited in line outside the window. There were at least five cars ahead of me when I got to the window he said they were closed. Then the pharmacist was willing to help me, but then said oh the computer is already shut down. They're famous last words come tomorrow LOL

I just called to ask if a pharmacist had any idea of what to put on my skin to stop an extreme sudden burning sensation on the skin of my leg. I told her I was wanting to try a topical remedy before having to try the ER. In mid explanation of what it was so they would understand what I was asking, the lady hung up. Not a sorry we can't help, not a dropped call because I could hear the hang up. Definitely won't be back for any reason.

Wow I'm really surprised this pharmacy has so many one stars I've had a great experience with them sense I've been coming. just yesterday the staff went out of there way to get the rest of my wife's meds transferred to them.

Pharmacist and or employees working in the pharmacy area are rude and don't want to do more than they have to. Always out of stock of medications and when you ask about them they give you attitude and he'll. Will be transferring pharmacies. I thought Alvin CVS pharmacy was the worst. This one tops it!! ? ?

CVS website should make it clear that the uninsured have to pay for their flu shot instead of learning about it after the shot.

Glad that arguing with their boy friend and sitting on the ground behind the counter was more important than helping customers. All I asked was where was the popcorn. And I received. It’s over there somewhere.store was trash. I’d rather do business else where.
