Checked in, checked out the room before bringing our stuff in, saw a bed bug front and center on a pillow. What do you think?

My sister's friend stays here and when she brought his laundry to our house to wash the bed bugs from his room came with his clothes and now our house is infested with them.

Stayed here on Saturday night and and woke up to being bitten by bed bugs and roaches on the wall call the office and they told me that no they don't have bed bugs crawling out yet crawling all over the floors and the beds and walls couldn't get my money back
