Never keeps anything stocked and they have been out of Sweet tea for over a month while the Dollar Gen by country tavern has had plenty of stock. This store is supposed to be a market but has less dry foods than a regular dollar general it doesn’t make any sense.

Always friendly employees. It's a little crowded and there's always only one cashier up front. The self checkout is never in use. They run out of items alot.

No one knows how to answer the phone!!! The cashier was to busy on his phone to pay attention to customers!

I love the ladies that work there but this store has gotten more expensive than walmart on alot of things! I'm not goin to be to shop there like I used to.And the aisles always blocked!!You don't carry any tea or tapered candles?? They are emergency lights!I couldn't believe you don't carry either?? I can't afford to buy 4 different kinds of batteries if a storm comes!

The Dollar general Liberty City it's going downhill it's got a good staff but the aisles are always full of stuff you can't get to half of what you want because there's rows of carts full of merchandise sitting there in the way. you usually got one person working the register the other person there is walking around trying to get around all the carts in the way I see one lady there who's constantly doing something with the shells and straightening other than that it's just terrible but it's close and if you got to stand in line for 20 minutes still beats driving to Kilgore barely beats driving to Kilgore but on a brighter note I will say this we are Liberty City we will get better so I have a lot of hope Dollar general will straighten it's self out that's all I got to say about it

Well, this used to be my favorite Dollar General to stop in. Always super clean and organized and by far the friendliest and most helpful staff of any DG.... until now. I'm not sure what has happened, but it's awful now. You can't get down the isles because they always blocked completely And dear God don't go anywhere close to closing time because the 2 new nite employees will start rushing you 20 min to close and if your not at the check out line before 9 they will not check you out period. They almost made me and my husband leave without our things tonight, it was 10 till 9. We would have been done in plenty of time, but we were forced to rush even faster. They were completely rude about it, just awful. They could have just nicely noted the time and asked all the customers to wrap up their shopping. Just an awful experience.

I thought it was just a fluke the first time but yesterday was just as bad. Corporate decisions are losing customers. When you don't care enough to give your employees the tools they for success, then success will never be realized. Corporate people made the decision to get a building with not stock room or storage are so the only thing you can do is use the sales floor to hold stock. When customers can't get to the product they want, they leave without buying anything.
