Can't help my job that relocated me years ago & I moved back 2 years ago asked last year the park but was not qualified because they said that I did not make enough ?There lost!!!

I lived here for over 2 years and they took forever to fix anything and my front door had to be opened with a crowbar twice and there was a serious mold problem which caused me to throw away curtains and bleach my couch. They only replaced the top of my kitchen counter even though the whole thing was covered in mold and I looked into renter’s law and found that I could leave legally due to such poor living conditions. Save your money and sanity and do not rent here you will regret it badly.

Don't do it!!! This place is trash constantly battling roaches and ants. There sewers bleed into the bottom of the showers and maintenance not once came the entire year I lived there I have never been more dissatisfied with a house. They mounted the cabinets into sheet rock which fell and busted all my dishes then charged me my 500 hundred dollar deposit for their mess up. Trust me save your self the trouble and live in a tent before going there.

This used to be a good place to live but the management has gone downhill. The roads are horrible and have been that way for a good while. They nit pick and pick on only certain residents which has me believe they are racist

Awful. Wake up to no water. Owner doesn’t pay the electric bill. Park is not maintained. There is no one to call if there is a problem. The main office number is no longer in service. Roads have huge pit holes which are never fixed. Lucky if the trash bids get emptied. The grass is high through out the park, never mowed by the owners but expect the tenants to maintain their yards. Do not move here. Do not rent from these folks. They only want your money!!
